placeholder maleNick DiCosola, President

Nick started his multi-faceted career in Chicago construction in 1999 after graduating from Austin Peay State University with a Master of Science degree. With a hands-on construction education that began on his father’s job sites, Nick is personally involved from start to finish with every project The DiCosola Group takes on.
In addition to extensive on-site construction experience, Nick also has a background in science and health care. Having worked as a therapist at HealthSouth and as head athletic trainer at Peru State College, Nick has perfected the ability to divide a project into individual components, diagnose and analyze problems, find efficient solutions, and provide personal customer service.

Our in-house designers have extensive experience in interior design and impeccable taste—whether they're picking the perfect finishes for a luxury home or planning a modern, open-plan office space. Best of all, our designers truly hear our clients preferences and styles, so every project is a unique reflection of its intended owner. No matter what your design budget, our team has the creative flare and industry know-how to turn your vision into a reality.

Project managers.
No one dots their I's or crosses their T's better than our project managers. With an extreme eye for detail and a knack for organization, they keep projects on schedule, jobs on budget and clients in the loop. Nothing gets neglected—from acquiring the necessary permits and building materials to communicating every step of the way to ensure the smoothest possible projects.

Construction managers.
Our construction managers are our clients’ eyes, ears and financial enforcers—the unbiased conduits between our clients and contractors, subcontractors and other involved parties. With deep knowledge and experience as builders and general contractors themselves, our construction managers quickly solve problems, know how to lead through every phase of the project, and thrive in fast-paced commercial construction environments.
